These Terms govern your use of Aurora, a Discord bot providing community and server-management features. By using Aurora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.
You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. Discord is a separate service; its terms and policies also apply to your use of Discord.
Do not use Aurora to harass people, spam, evade moderation, violate others' rights, disrupt services, or conduct illegal activity. Server administrators are responsible for configuring permissions and reviewing automated moderation actions.
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Third-party services may affect feature availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Administrators should configure roles, permissions, logs, tickets, and moderation settings responsibly. Ensure that users are informed when server features create logs or ticket transcripts.
Aurora may interact with Discord and external providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Aurora does not claim ownership of third-party content.
We may update these Terms or limit access to Aurora when reasonably necessary. Continued use after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
Aurora is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the bot. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
